Calling it an inspired game or even spiritual successor implies that it brings something new to the gametype, doesn't it? That doesn't mean anything in particular is wrong or bad, just not fully developed. If you DID follow through with some of the complicated game mechanics and deepened the gameplay, much like Totem Destroyer did, I can see you really bringing this to another level.

I enjoyed it, I think some improvements could include diagonal walking, maybe a sprint, and of course, Link's patented sword spin.

I remember seeing a more hyper game than this, you had to ski down a mountain and were tripping on pills. It was amazing, but yeah this was pretty hyper too.

Not much to criticize, your animation style cam through perfectly, and I honestly can't think of one thing to complain about, aside from the normal, I wish there were pause rewind fast forward crap.

That was awesome, but the thing I enjoyed most was the voice acting, it was so clear and perfect. That my biggest problem with flashes that have a lot of potential so it's good that you obviously made that a priority.

Great job, and I don't even really like superhero stuff :D

The audio was pretty off at points, but I loved the presentation. Who says flash games can't have a story? What does the chick say at the end of the game about the pixie stuff though? I couldn't understand. Can't wait for Ep. 2!

The only problem I had with it were some programming flaws. The physics were a bit off, and there were some glitches. The game is really promising, and I think if you rereleased this after some testing (and maybe increasing the overall speed of the game) This could be one of the best, if not the best flash mario game I've seen. Really great try, I think you could tweak this just a little and make it perfect.
